Synergy School governance is based on the collective leadership of the Teachers’ Cooperative and the Board of Trustees.

The cooperative shapes the educational environment and makes decisions about the program, curriculum, student life, and teacher hiring and evaluation. It includes an administrative team that is responsible for day-to-day operations and school wide communication.

The board is responsible for strategic planning, ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the school and the fulfillment of the school’s mission, as well as the hiring and evaluation of the teacher-administrators.
