After School Program

Synergy’s aftercare program is a K-8 grade program taught by four teachers. Children have time for free play, relaxation, and exploration both inside and on the play yards. There are many opportunities for structured play, including games, art, reading, drama, and other teacher or child generated activities. A healthy snack is included each day around 4 PM.

Special classes such as Spanish, yoga, ceramics, basketball, chess and other activities are offered throughout the week by teachers and outside specialists. Quiet time for homework is also provided.

Students may attend as “regulars” or on a drop-in basis. Aftercare starts after school, and ends at 6PM. Early morning childcare is also offered, starting at 7:30AM.
